The mission of the Finance Office is to provide accurate, reliable, timely, supportive and cost effective financial and accounting services in a way that successfully manages the district's assets; provides current financial information to district leadership and the community; maintains accurate historical records of all financial transactions; and ensures compliance with local, state and federal laws, policies, regulations and reporting requirements in order to provide the highest quality financial services to the District in support of its mission.

The Issuer has retained an independent registered municipal advisor. The Issuer is represented by and will rely on its independent municipal advisor, Compass Municipal Advisors, LLC (“Compass”), to provide advice on proposals from financial services firms concerning the issuance of municipal securities and municipal financial products generally (including investments of bond proceeds and escrow agreements).
